Payment

Payment is due the same day as you purchase the item. If I need to send a revised invoice to you payment is due within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent. If payment is not received in this timely manner the sale may be cancelled and the item will be made available for others to purchase. I accept paypal only. Please be aware that if you are using e-checks through paypal your items will not ship until the e-check has cleared which will delay the receipt of your purchase. Please contact me if you are having problems with the paypal process.

Shipping

Listed shipping costs are for USPS 1st Class Mail. If you would like me to ship via Priority Mail or UPS please include that preference in your "message to seller" upon purchase and wait for a revised invoice reflecting to higher shipping cost before making payment. Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Items shipped within the US include delivery confirmation. I AM UNABLE TO SHIP TO ITALY AS CUSTOMS PROHIBITS THE IMPORT OF GLOVES. I am really sorry - I love Italy and wish I could ship to you, but I can't. I AM UNABLE TO SHIP CASHMERE ITEMS TO GREECE. I love Greece too, but customs regulations prohibit me from mailing you cashmere.

My preference is to ship to your paypal verified ship to address. Please make sure your shipping address in paypal is up to date. If your Etsy address does not match your paypal address I will contact you via Etsy conversations and/or e-mail to confirm the ship to address. Items will not ship until verification is received. If you are purchasing as a gift please include that information in your message to the seller at checkout or contact me. You can request gift wrapping and/or that I include a short message to the gift receipient.

{{International shipping}}: Buyers outside the US: Shipping fee is for first class international mail (formerly airmail). Shipping times vary greatly from country to country. If you would like your purchase shipped a faster method please let me know and I will provide a quote for express delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs duty/taxes. Unfortunately I am not able to offer estimates on customs fees as these vary greatly from country to country, and in some cases from day to day. I regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Please be prepared to pay your countries import tax on your purchase. Lying on customs forms is against the law. An invoice showing your full purchase price will be included in your package.

UK Customers - I have become aware that Royal Mail adds an international mail handling charge which I have seen as high as 8 GBP. This is in addition to the usual customs fees. Just a heads up. My gloves are worth the splurge, but mind your budget!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are disappointed when you open the package please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will refund on any unworn/unused items minus the original shipping. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. I must receive items back prior to issuing the refund. There are no exceptions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

{{Gifts}}: Purchasing something as a gift? How thoughtful of you! I will gift wrap your item and include a gift card/tag free of charge. Please mention Gift in your notes to the seller and include any message you'd like included on the tag. I will also ship directly to your gift recipient upon request.

{{Promo codes and discount coupons}}: Please include your promo code in the notes to the seller to receive the discount. You can either use paypal right away and I will refund the difference back to your paypal account, or you can wait and I will send you a revised invoice reflecting your discount. Please note, payment must be received within 48 hours from when the revised invoice was sent.

GOING GREEN? To protect your gloves regardless of weather conditions all purchases are shipped in new plastic bubble mailers. If you would prefer I ship to you using recycled materials please mention this in the "notes to seller" field during checkout.
