Custom orders are always welcome.

Every item that you purchase from me will be wrapped in tissue and ribbon -- whether it’s a gift for yourself or someone special.
If you have a special wrap request, just include it in your purchase notes and I would be happy to accommodate.

Payment
►PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 business days. If payment is not received within that timeframe, I will relist the item.
Please convo me if there are special circumstances where you need additional time for payment. Without that convo, I can only assume you are not paying.
MAINE RESIDENTS SALES TAX
I am required to charge Maine residents 5% sales tax.
Shipping
►SHIPPING
2009 HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES. Please convo me if you need your package shipped VERY fast or have concerns about shipping times. I will be happy to provide shipping dates and costs prior to purchasing.
I ship via USPS. Keep in mind I am in Maine so it might take a little longer to reach your corner of the world. I do my best to ship out within the next two business days after your payment has cleared. Shipping insurance and shipping confirmation are additional charges. Please let me know via checkout notes/convo if you would like a quote for these services.
I do ship internationally, but you will need to convo me first with your mailing address so that I can provide you with an accurate estimate. All items vary in weight and packaging size and I will need to gauge charges based on what you are buying.
I ship internationally via USPS. Insurance and confirmation are additional charges. Please let me know if you would like these services added. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Combined Shipping Discount
I set my shipping estimates based on one item. If you’re ordering several items, you will most likely receive a discount on shipping.
However, since I sell a variety of items, it’s difficult to gauge what that discount will be until you make your final purchase. Rest assured, if there is a discount to be given I will refund back the difference to you immediately. I am very sensible on handling and shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
►RETURN POLICY
I do accept returns on non-sale items within 7 business days after an item has shipped.
I do work hard to photograph items from many angles and provide extensive descriptions and hope you will not want to return anything, but should you need to, please convo me FIRST before returning an item.
Sale items are final sale, NO RETURNS on items that have been marked “SALE.”
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost/Mishandled & Damaged Items
I cannot be responsible for USPS mishaps. I strongly suggest adding insurance and/or delivery confirmation to your postage charges. Without it, there is no way to track or recoup costs for a lost/damaged mailing.
