Welcome to Karen Maiko!

I fully support the handmade scene and do my part to help it thrive. This is my little space where I can show off the results of my creative efforts.

Payment

Paypal preferred.

Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping

Items will be shipped 3 days after receipt of payment.

I am currently located in Bangkok, Thailand so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping insurance is available for an upcharge, please let me know at time of purchase so I can send an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds offered, however I will send a replacement item if something ever arrives damaged.

I strive to provide ample photographs and descriptions of items so if you feel something was grossly misrepresented please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do what I can to remedy the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome! I can make anything from single pieces to entire bridal party sets.

A lot of my pieces are one of a kind so wholesale isn't always possible but if you have a request just let me know and I'll see what we can work out.
