Hi, welcome to Birdie - London!

I love having my etsy shop and I hope you enjoy your visit. My customers and good feedback mean the world to me.

I try and give as much information as possible without bombarding you with details, so if there's anything else you need to know, please don't hesitate to convo me.

Payment

You may pay by paypal or by personal (UK) cheque.

Please pay within 3 days of placing your order. If you are having problems paying or need a little extra time, please let me know and I will try to accomodate you.

Shipping

RE: Shipping times - I ship within a couple of days of payment, but I will always convo you to give you an exact date. Sometimes, if a piece is made to order, it may take a couple of days longer. If I am on holiday I will always let customers know with a message at the top of my welcome page and on my message to seller after purchase. And I will always let you know when shipping will recommence.

RE: Packing - I seal my prints with a backing board and a cello bag and they are shipped in a sturdy board-backed envelope. My wooden pieces are well packed in bubble wrap and boxed.

RE: Destinations - Please contact me if you don't see your country listed in the shipping options, I'll be very happy to get a quote.

RE: Combined shipping - If you order more than one paper product and they all fit in the same package, I will happily refund an appropriate amount, so you won't pay for shipping twice. Just go through the normal buying process and I'll refund you via paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if you haven't recieved your item within 10 days of the shipping date. If an items arrives damaged I will either refund you or send you another, that's up to you.

Returns are not possible but please convo me if you have any problems with your order, I will do my best to sort it out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

RE: Editions - All my wooden books and wooden pieces are limited editions of 10 (unless otherwise stated). Most of my prints are open edition. If you would like to commission a book or a piece, this will be a one-off created especially for you and will never be re-made.

If your favourite piece gets sold from under your nose, please contact me, because if it's within the edition I am happy to make to order.
