All my toys are hand crocheted or knit. They are made in my free time with love and lots of hard work.

My patterns are carefully made from my own head and written down as I make an item. I have patterns tested for me by my wonderful panel of testers, or I test them myself by making a bunch to sell. :)

Being as I am Dyslexic there may be the odd typo or error. Please feel free to e-mail or message me and I'll help you through it and I'll correct the pattern and send it to you corrected.

If you are interested in one of my crocheted stuffies I'd be happy to custom make one for you. Starting cost is 10.00 and goes up depending on materials, time and size. Check out my policies!

Payment

I only accept paypal for my saftey and yours.

Custom orders will be listed in 2 parts. First is the down-payment. I do not start a project till I am paid this amount. This is to cover me in case a buyer backs out and covers materials. Typically I ask for 1/2 of the price we've agreed upon for the downpayment and I will ask for shipping fees at this time.

After I finish your item in the specified time I will then make a second listing in my shop with pictures for you to see. The other 1/2 of your total cost will be required for me to send your item.

If you purchase a pattern I will not e-mail the PDF till I receive payment from paypal. So make sure to pay ASAP if you need the pattern quickly! If I do not receive payment within 48 hours I typically will e-mail you to let you know I haven't gotten it yet and ask if you still want the item.
I e-mail patterns out within 48 hours of payment but usually same day.

Shipping

I only ship through USPS. Delivery Confirmation Numbers are included in shipping costs. I will e-mail this to the address listed with your paypal account.

I will ship your item out within 72 hours of purchase but usually within 48 hours.

My goal is to never overcharge for shipping. I rarely charge for shipping materials as I typically ship in boxes saved from other things. If I have charged more than the shipping costs I will refund you the remaining amount rounded down to the nearest 1/2 dollar.
example: I charge 4.00 shipping but it only costs 2.32 to ship. You will be sent 1.50 back.

If shipping costs more than you paid for I eat the cost. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are unsatisfied when you receive your item please contact me! I am a highly reasonable person and willing to work something out.

I will gladly issue a refund if the item is returned to me in the same condition it is sent. I take pictures before sending so I will know when I get the item if it is damaged. I will probably exchange an item. Obviously the best thing to do is contact me! :)

Patterns are not up for exchange or refund.

I work hard to only send something that I would be happy to get so if you are unsatisfied please don't hesitate to contact me.

Please note:I live in a cat/dog/ferret friendly home! However we do not smoke and the kitties are not aloud in the work space around the yarn or fabric. The dog lives in the room but is not aloud to touch.(she's in a kennel at night and when we're not home)
