MONEY ORDERS & CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND CASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. Sorry, personal checks are no longer accepted due to too many N.S.F.'s and fake money order scams have happened.

PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST FOR ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. I cannot stress how important this is, for there are a lot of scams out there and I do not wish to fall victim to them any more.

Your VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted via PAY PAL. This eliminates a lot of issues.

Shipping

ALL ITEMS SHIP REGULAR U.S. POST OFFICE MAIL WITH U.S. STAMPS ON THE PACKAGE. NOTHING ELSE unless YOU specifically request it.

Seller is not responsible for the U.S. Post Office after item is sent to you. Shipping is combined if you purchase more than one item.

If you wish to have your orders shipped another way, please let me know by sending an e-mail.

FOR ORDERS OVER 75.00 CAN SHIP UPS IF REQUESTED:
UPS GROUND SHIPPING 16.11 for total order over 75.00 Tracking number and your package is insured up to 100.00. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY U.P.S.

Shipping is combined if you purchase more than one item in cases like this. MAY BE HIGHER IF OUTSIDE U.S.A.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OK but please contact me first. Good communication is the key element here.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

ONLY Damaged Items will be refunded or repaired. Buyer will return damaged item (at their cost).
Refund is purchase price only, shipping charges are NON refundable.

EXCEPTION: If you get a jewelry price appraised and find that it is NOT the genuine article, please RETURN THE ITEM at your expense PLUS a document from a LICENSED JEWELRY APPRAISER stating that the item is not genuine... and your money will be REFUNDED via PAY PAL ONLY. Authenticity is guaranteed and I do not sell any fake jewelry items. GLASS ITEMS ARE ALWAYS LISTED AS SUCH.

If an item is listed as a certain gemstone, it IS that particular gemstone.

I DO NOT SCAM AND OR SELL JUNK. PERIOD.

All products sold via this shop and www.kittysjewelry.com are made out of GENUINE and QUALITY crystals, gemstones, glass and other materials. What you get will always be a quality item and you will find each item well worth the price (or even more).

Clothing items are HAND MADE OR HAND MODIFIED, mostly. Certain items are not but very few.

Please allow for variation in natural gems. PLEASE BE AWARE....some photos were taken with a flash and some with out. Expect a little amount of color variation in the photos.
