hello and welcome to my little shop!

everything you see here is made by my hands
in my beautiful studio in upstate new york.
the clay beads, which are made of polymer clay,
are made using my 'embroidery' technique which i developed through experimenting and loving the clay for almost ten years.

Payment

paypal and credit cards are accepted.
you do not need a paypal account to use your credit card.

payment is expected and gratefully appreciated at time of purchase.

Shipping

all packages are shipped to the address on PAYPAL.
please make sure
that your address listed with etsy
and
your address listed with paypal
are the same.
(if you need something mailed to a different address,
please contact me)

i ship all packages
(domestic and international)
via 'first class'.

i am more than happy to upgrade your shipment to 'priority'
(including 'global priority' for international customers).
please contact me and i will invoice you
for the additional amount.


all domestic packages come with delivery confirmation
and/or tracking number
included in the listed shipping price.

if you would like to purchase additional insurance,
please contact me and i will adjust shipping costs for you.
*PLEASE NOTE*
i am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service.
thankfully insurance is extremely affordable.

international insurance for international shipments is only available with 'global priority' and upgraded postage.
please contact me if you are interested in this service.

registered mail is a suggested service for international shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note that your package might attract duties and custom fees.
they are the responsibility of the buyer.
please contact your local customs organization for more information.


**i always ship your orders within one week of your purchase.
(although most often within a day or two)
please contact me if you need things in a rush,
and i'll do my best to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

not that you'd return anything!
but,
if you find the item wasn't described properly
and
you didn't receive what you saw in the photos..
you can exchange the item for something
else in my shop.

please communicate with me within the
FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASE
to discuss the exchange.
shipping charges on returns and their replacements are your responsibility.

there are no returns/exchanges for special orders or 'reserved items'.

there are no returns because of duties and taxes imposed on the buyer.

**CUSTOM ORDERS**

i adore working with my customers on special orders.
if you have a wonderful idea or if you see something in my 'sold' section and would like a similar piece, please send me a convo and we can discuss.
please note,
i don't ever replicate my items exactly..
i do translations of them..similar colors and style and feel,
but never dot for dot the same.
(i couldn't do it if i tried)
that's part of the beautiful nature of handmade.
