Greetings! Here's everything you ever wanted to know about doing business with MASHULU:

Payment

Items that are not paid for within TWO BUSINESS DAYS will be returned to the shop for sale on the THIRD DAY. :)

**5% SALES TAX ADDED BY PAYPAL TO ORDERS SHIPPED TO VIRGINIA ADDRESSES**

Besides PayPal, I'll accept a money order (USDollars). Please convo me so I can tell you who to make it out to and where to send it.

Shipping

I ship via good ole' USPS FIRST CLASS. All orders are sent with delivery confirmtion. Orders $50 and above will be sent by PRIORITY MAIL. If you have a smaller order and would like Priority shipping, convo me and we'll work it out.

Stock orders will be sent out as soon as payment has cleared. I will ALWAYS contact you if there is some sort of delay. Please allow at least five days (plus shipping time) for custom orders, a couple more days if i have to order the fabric you want online.

Refunds and Exchanges

Great pride is taken in the creation of each MASHULU item. Choose carefully! Measurements and detailed descriptions are offered to insure you have all the information you need to choose pieces that will suit your needs best. If for some reason you are not 100% pleased with your items, you may request a refund (minus shipping)using the following guidelines:

► An email (mashulu@yahoo.com) stating your intent to return the item MUST be received no later than SEVEN CALANDER days from the date it was delivered (per delivery confirmation).

►You are responsible for shipping the item back to me. After the item is inspected and found to be re-sellable, your refund will be processed.

►Merchandise with ANY smudges, blemishes, or otherwise obvious damage or signs of use will NOT be accepted.

►Orders customized with specific names or images may be NOT returned.

►Requests for EVEN exchanges or store credit will also be honored under the same guidelines as above.
