Each and every journal is made by hand, and are made with high quality bookmaking materials. These journals are unique because they combine the traditional methods of bookmaking with contemporary color palettes and modern-day ideas. They encompass what Concepcioun is about: contemporary, unique, simple, and elegant. And, yes, there is always a bit of humor involved.

Payment

Credit cards accepted. All orders on this site are made through PayPal.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for order fulfillment and shipping of inventory orders. For custom orders, please allow 10-12 business days for production and shipment. Expedited wedding guestbook orders incur an additional $20 fee + overnight shipping costs. Additional costs outlined above will be invoiced separately. Customers will be notified up front if production time for inventory and/or custom orders is extended for any reason.

Domestic (United States) Shipping rates: $4.50 - $8.00 USD
Canada: $19.00 - $25.00 USD
International: $25.00 - $30.00 USD

Upon order completion, customer will be notified of shipment and will be supplied with a number for tracking their package.

Upon order fulfillment, customer will be notified of shipment date and package tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on discounted items, custom, or inventory items. This is non-negotiable.
