Hi there, I am a very easy to get along with person, just let me know your thoughts and concerns. Ask me anything. I am always happy to take on wholesale orders, or give discounts for multiple purchases. and I do some custom work.

Payment

Paypal is my friend, but we can discuss other forms of payment. I can even accept credit cards without Paypal.

Shipping

I ship atleast once a week. I am sorry if you buy something on Saturday and it doesn't get put in the mail until Wednesday. I have a 6 month old baby and I have a 10 year old that is out of school for the summer, so it's crazy around here.
I wrap everything up in lots of bubble wrap etc.. I use the USPS because they have been great to me for all the years I have been shipping with them. I have shipped over 1000 packages with them, all over the world and they only lost 1 or 2 things. Unlike Fedex who seems to mess up all my orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something is just oh so wrong when you receive it, please let me know. I will gladly refund your purchase less shipping, if you ship the item back to me. Ask me, before you get fussy. We can discuss it.
