Objects that you will love shouldn't, and probably couldn't come from a nasty old factory where the people making them are miserable and exploited. I love making things, and hope you will find that apparent when you receive your purchase. If for some reason you are not altogether happy with your item(s), please contact me so we can make things bettter. Kay? Kay.

Payment

Payment is generally by paypal only, because it's easy peasy. That said, I'm an easy-going kind of girl, and if you have another way you'd like to pay for an item, please send me a convo *prior* to purchasing so that we can determine if it's workable. Payment should be sent at time of purchase. If you can't pay immediately, again, just send me a note. I'm a nice girl, I promise. If you don't pay right away, and I don't hear from you within a day, I will send you a message just to see what's up. After three days of not hearing from you, I'll assume you changed your mind, and I'll cancel the sale. Sound good? Yep.

Shipping

Shipping for items within canada is standard post. To the U.S. and other international locations, packages are sent via standard airmail, which does not include tracking or insurance. I'm happy to accommodate you if you need faster shipping and/or insurance, just let me know and I'll send you an invoice for the new shipping price.

Refunds and Exchanges

As I mentioned, I really want you to feel the love when you purchase from odkins. Sometimes, things happen, though. Refunds are accepted, however, if there is no error on my part, and you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of getting the item back to me. When I receive the item back in good condition, I will refund the original cost of your purchase, minus shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do not do any sort of wholesale orders whatsoever. Odkins are made from scratch, by hand, and I can't automate the process or speed it up to make more of them in the same time, so wholesale doesn't make sense for me. I do combine shipping, to make multiple purchases a little less expensive, but overall I believe very much that my products are worth the asking price.
