Shipping

I usually ship out jewelry once a week on Tuesday or Wednesday via USPS First Class Mail. This provides you with a tracking number and arrives in the U.S. within 3 -5 days. USPS does not provide International shipping confirmation or tracking. If you would prefer a tracking number or delivery confirmation for an International purchase your shipping total will increase. Just let me know through a convo and we can work together. If you require faster shipping please convo me and we can work it out! I am happy to upgrade and accommodate your needs.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift Certificates:

There are no refunds on gift certificates. I will issue a credit certificate of $5.00 or more if 100% of the gift certificate is not used. If you do not use 100% of the gift/credit certificate within 6 months from the date of purchase the certificate will become invalid. * This Gift Certificate is valid only in my Etsy shop and is only redeemable here.
