Welcome

I started making jewelry when I went shopping for some and couldn't find anything I liked. If I want something done right, I do it myself! I like every piece I put up for sale and I hope you will too. My "philosophy" is: I like pretty things!

Payment

I prefer payment by Paypal for efficiency, but if you would prefer to pay another way, just let me know. I'll accept checks or money orders. I will not ship your item out until I receive payment, but as soon as I do, your order will get on its way as fast as I can manage.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please let me know before I ship your item. Once it's shipped, you could send the item back after it arrives but I will not be able to refund shipping costs.

Shipping

I ship all items within 1-3 days of receiving an order, depending on when I can get to the post office. I will email you to confirm that I've received your payment and I'll also email when I ship your package.

I ship using USPS Air Mail unless otherwise requested. If you would like your package insured, please add $1.35 to your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please mail it back. I will refund your purchase price minus shipping once I receive the item.

I would not expect any of my jewelry to be easily damaged, but if it gets into the hands of toddlers, or gets stepped on, yanked really hard, put down the garbage disposal, etc. it could definitely get damaged :) If you'd like something fixed, send an email and we'll talk.
