I'm very easy to work with because I like happy customers, but please remember I'm not a miracle worker. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, email me.

Payment

I accept paypal...woodidawgs [!at] earthlink.net and money orders written to Janice Radford. After buying an item, please email me for my address. Confirm your address too. Payment must be made within 3 days unless a special arrangement has been made.

Shipping

I ship priority with confirmation and global priority. I can ship express but it will cost more, let me know in advance for this method. I will combine shipping for multiple items. Since items weights vary, I individually price each piece. Once it is at the post office, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. I keep all receipts for proof of mailing.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds unless I misrepresented the item (not measuring correctly, wrong fabric, etc). I guarantee my products to last a long time.
