I believe that if I don't love making it, you won't love using it! I think good design should be affordable, and the designer/maker should be able to make a decent wage from making it. I do my very best to achieve a balance in these aspects, which sometimes means my prices can be slightly higher than big box retailers. But I hope that you will agree that there is an inherent value in unique, one of a kind, handmade products that mass-produced items can never, ever compete with.

Shipping

I generally ship once or twice a week, usually by USPS Priority Mail. If you need something by a certain date, please let me know, and we can definitely work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your product please let me know!
Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of payment.
Custom or made to order items may take up to a week to complete.
