I was really torn between the brightly painted teardrops by Gretgems and the Peace ornament by Paintedpalmeto. These glitery ornaments bring back treasured memories of my greatgrandmothers ornaments which we had for our tree =)

Great choices!

I wish you could have added more; tough to have to narrow down to 50. The cranes that LocalColorist does are incredible! I purchased some a few weeks ago for the holidays from her and what I received was way above and beyond what I expected.

I hand paint scenes every year on gold Christmas balls and will be listing some soon. Only problem is trying to take photos of them as they glare from the metallic background but my customers always loved the actual decorations~

"Handmade ornaments rule!" That's great, but why are the first two and the 4th and 8th 'related items' vintage ornaments? I know they are not part of the contest, but still... seems a bit strang.

I LOVE all the wool felted ornaments!!! Last year I decorated my tree with all origami...It looked GREAT and it was a TON of fun!! I made many clear glass balls with full folded cranes inside them like a ship in a bottle. I have one for sell in my Etsy, check it out. No....I am not advertising!!! Just an example. You guys should all try the origami christmas...I got a lot of ooo's and aaahhh's!!
