Hey Dad, you're in luck! This year I know what to get you, with a little help from the Etsy community. They voted on a diverse collection of items nominated by their peers. We've got a winner: HendersonPipes with his Upright Freehand Pipe. This particular pipe sold (who is the lucky dad?), but there are plenty more where that came from. Even though my father is not a smoker, I can see this finely crafted, professorial object displayed on his dresser or mantelpiece.

That is a gorgeous pipe! I'm not a big advocate of smoking, but there's something about a pipe that's so wonderful! My grandfather smoked one - and I can still conjure up the sweet smell of his tobacco in my mind. I love that this pipe won first place - it brings back so many warm memories! Congrats!

What a great collection for the men! I can see how HendersonPipes won: looking through his shop once, I was so taken by the unbearable elegance of his pipes that THIS ASTHMATIC WANTED TO SMOKE ONE! It drummed up fond memories of my dad and my college's Dean of Arts who would leave a trail of scented pipe smoke on the elevator. :)
