Today we had almost every single Etsy admin at the homebase in Brooklyn at the Etsy Labs. Etsy's been growing and over the din of chatting at lunch today, I took a moment to shoot a panorama of a the feeding frenzy. Check it out here.

A warm welcome to our new hires!  We've hired six new Customer Support admin and they're currently going through a training period and learning the ways of Etsy. Amber aka adubois, Caleb aka calebwalt, Claire aka mermaidclaire, Matt aka projectmattnyc, and Joe aka joethebeard; Jason will be starting next week. They will be writing Etsy Finds on the Storque this week, so make sure to leave a comment and say hello!

The Storque has hired Bre aka brepettis and Tara aka weirdwolf, two talented video folk to bring our new media presence to the next level of awesomeness. They want you all to subscibe to our Youtube channel. Consider this a Storque-warming gift!

Other new Etsy hires include a whole gang of engineers. We're so happy to have them!  George aka Georgyo and Kyle aka twokb have both contibuted Etsy Finds, and we're on a mission to get more engineers writing for the Storque.  We'll be getting to know them this week, as they're all here in Brooklyn for an engineering meetup. These new hires include David aka davidgiffin and Bryan aka bschwab.

Also, the littlest engineer was born: Dusten's baby boy Owen has arrived healthy and happy and already sleeping through the night!
