Etsy International: We're Visiting Europe!

As you may recall from Maria's most recent Talking Shop post, Etsy is planning a trip Europe! Maria and I hope to meet with many sellers, buyers and friends of Etsy. Think of this as an "open meeting" where you can share ideas, ask questions, offer suggestions, and enjoy some time with Etsians.

We've finalized the logistics as listed below. Please note that all times are local.

Sunday, March 29 MUNICH 17:00 - 20:00* Cafe Haidhausen

Tuesday, March 31 BERLIN 17:00 - 20:00 Cafe BilderBuch

Wednesday, April 1 PARIS 17:00 - 19:30**  Petula Cafe

Friday, April 3 LONDON 17:00 - 20:00 at Cockpit Arts (Holborn)

*Note: Start time is now 17:00 so they could accommodate us.

**Note:  Slight time change. Petula is opening early especially for us - thanks monamivie for helping arrange this!

We would also like to announce that we're planning a trip to Canada later this spring. We will post details about that trip at a later date.

Look for trip highlights here on the Etsy blog when we return!

You should definitely try to work in Spain and The Netherlands. I think a lot of Etsy sellers are from those countries, or I notice them frequently, anyway.

frokenskicklig is an unbelievable artist! Her dolls are utterly amazing and she is as sweet as each of her creations! Her shop is a must visit..and she has some fabulous photos of all of her works on flickr! I am so happy to have found her and I get much enjoyment simply by viewing her work..so I couldn't imagine what it would be like to actually own one of her creations!

I was in Europe last year and I really miss very much each corner of there! The art throughout the streets, all the beatiful places, the parks, churches ... I want to comeback there soon! There is pure magic!
