Here we are at the beginning of a brand new year, reflecting on the business that Etsy has become and strategizing on where the company will go in 2008. And we know Etsians have been doing the same, so we've been pricking up our ears. There are certain frequently asked questions that often come up when talking with Etsians and reading the forums. We decided to run a new Storque series as a way to communicate our answers to Etsians: All about Etsy FAQs. 

These FAQs won't so much walk you through technical how-tos or do double duty for site Help and the site FAQs, though we will be pointing you to that info where appropriate. Rather, this series is meant to give voice to some of the thought processes that admin have gone through and that have informed our planning as we look forward to 2008.  Our hope is that being transparent with our processes and the way the company is structured will give you a better sense of the inner workings of Etsy.
