We're super excited to introduce Maria to everyone. She's our new Chief Operating Officer (COO). At the moment she's in the Southern hemisphere, taking a brief break before jumping into Etsy. So in the meantime, here's a video portrait we shot just before she left.

I need to talk to etsys ceo , i have had a seller with 4 out of 5 sales neg feedbaced and when i gave him a neg for not sending what i paid for and proved it to etsy ABUSE,SUPPORT,content,flagged,billing, AND EVERY OTHER .COM THEY HAVE THEY CLOSED HIM AND LEFT ME HANG WITH A BIG FAT NEG FEEDBACK AND HERES THE PROF , IT IS A PRINT OUT FROM THE POST OFFICE THAT CLEARLY SAYS IT WAS ATTEMED ON 10/08/09, AND TWO NOTICES SENT ONE ON 10/10/09 AND THE OTHER ON 10/16/09 ... YET I AM STUK WITH A NEGITVE FEEDBACK !!
I guess i will have to keep going up the chain of comand until it is removed . this is so dis apointing i have a score of with what i just bought 112 and he had 5 with 3 being neg and one nutral .
that is no way to do business ......
