Record Sales Day!

Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

On November 15, 2007, Etsy had a record sales day, and not just any ol' record: we saw the amount of goods sold jump by 17% over the previous high (from the week before!) to $162K in sales! That's 11,215 items sold in one day: previously, we had never gone over the 10,000 item mark in a single business day.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! (And Chanukkah and Kwanzaa...the list goes on!)

I sold several pieces yesterday and had several inquiries for custom pieces too :D

Oh wow that is so cool! And one of them was mine, the little Sinterklaas and Zwarte Piet will be going to their new home tomorrow, after having been featured in The Storque for about an hour!
