Little detail: I don't think the sentence construction is right. "or anything else you'd like to say" doesn't match the other parts (where is the verb?). That bothers me. The tech update is good for sellers though.

I agree with Qwynwyn that something seems off in the wording. I think it's that by introducing a second verb for "confirm..." is what throws the sentence off a bit because it prevents the "please share" from applying to the third item in the sentence.

I saw it when I checked out during a purchase today but it was faint in grey, and very small and doesn't seem like many buyers will really be compelled to use it. I like the IDEA so much, but am not too keen on the implementation. It will be interesting to see if it really helps.

For those of us who offer options in a listing, the above wording would have been more beneficial. The "message to seller" section is usually used for the purpose of choosing a SIZE or COLOR. I do thank you for at least bringing more attention to the "Message to seller" feature. Many thanks!

I don't believe that adding a 3rd place to confirm address information (PayPal addy plus Etsy addy, plus another option to confirm) here makes much sense--that part is broken, but this won't fix it. Just keep the comments here to something like:

Share how you found this seller and any important messages you need to convey...

i don't think i have ever had a customer use the 'message to seller' option, even if they've had something they needed to add - they've always convo'd or emailed instead. which leads me to think that most people don't realise it's there or exactly how helpful it is!

it's a great step in the right direction, but really not a great implementation, especially with the co-op advertising coming up and people wanting to know if the ads are successful. we *need* proper seller stats if you want us to give you more money either for the print ads, or for showcases and the like.
