Tech Updates: Shop Policy Glitch

UPDATE: This issue seems to be working now, but if you have any more problems, please report to the Bugs Forum.
We've had recent sporadic reports of some sellers having their policy pages being "cleared out" some time after they've been filled with content.
We have been unable to reproduce the issue thus far, but you can help us expedite the bug extermination process by providing us with some more information.
1. Which fields did you fill out? Were any left blank?
2. Can you tell us about the last thing you did before you noticed the policies being "cleared"?
With your help, we should be able to rectify this issue quickly; please post all your findings in this related Bugs Forum thread. While this bug has effected a small percentage of our community, we recommend that you take a minute to save a copy of your written shop policies into another document on your computer in the event you need to recover them later.
