Here's my sources for cd packaging in case anyone wants to get their
own label going:

The white digipaks I use for many of the releases come from DiscFactory:

(direct link to product)

The recycled material cd packs are called "Arigato Paks". They come
from http://www.stumptownprinters.com  I just buy blanks from them.
