Another virtual tactic i might add is organizing swap meets through online groups in the same localities... for example one online community of mama's to which I belong organizes a clothing swap a couple times a year- everyone brings all the stuff they don't want and you get to take away anything you want and/or need... great for kids clothes! And the Asheville Etsy Street Team is having a Swap O Rama tomorrow to swap crafting goodies. At the end of the day we simply cart the remainder to the thrift store down the street! Goodbye clutter!
