<p>So sad. I still can't believe it. He truly is a legend and will be so missed.
I used to watch the Jackson 5's animated series when I was little. I love them so much even back then. I have a vivid memory of wanting them (their animated selves) to visit me in my kindergarten class. I would look at my kindergarten door and image Michael's face waving to me through the window. I feel like I grew up with Michael. I guess I did. Even my daughter's now - age 6 and 8 recognize his music and get excited when it comes on the radio - I couldn't bring myself to tell them yesterday that he died.</p>

<p>I'm so sad, the world lost a great talent. I remember dancing around in my friend's basement as a kid, trying to learn the moves to Thriller. In college Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' was the song they always used to shut down the club. A few years ago a guy in my old neighborhood used to cruise the streets blaring PYT. (So obnoxious, but we couldn't help but smile when we heard it.) MJ's music has always been there, from the time I was a child until now. I hope he now has the peace he so greatly deserves.</p>
