Sweetestpea, a maker of enticingly round plush stuffed animals, visited us down at the Etsy Labs. Jen calls her line of plump ones "Zooguu," and you can see some of them in the related items below (as well as some of her favorite Etsy toymaker compatriots). In this season of love, we have to showcase all the love betwixt Etsians and their handmade wonders in our series Etsy Love Stories. With a community as great as Etsy, lots of fantastic brains get to interact and it can turn into a craft coupling! We found out about these collaborations in the Etsy Forums. Check out these pairs.

This beautiful Japanse inspired vase was created by woodturner FlintRidgeWoodWorks, with artwork by friend and new Etsyian banshuwa.

Two-year Etsy veteran sweetestpea and hubby Goobeetsa opened a new shop called drperfect. In this new shop they are collaborating on some great new plushie characters.

Totusmel and electrofork have teamed up to make some amazing tatted necklaces with resin pendants.

Another husband and wife team works together to design and create magestic dream catchers. Mindysembroidery is responsible for the detailed threadwork and beadedart is the hands behind the dream catcher construction.

Polymer clay artist Alaliese works with Etsy artists to make a series of Etsy artists on clay, this one is from AshleySpatula.

The Kids are Doin' It for Themselves: D.I.Y. Kids by the Luptons

The newest book by sisters Ellen and Julia Lupton, D.I.Y. Kids, is so much more than your average rainy day children's activity book. By nurturing a child's inner designer you can encourage budding artist to think outside the box.
