This week's edition of News From the Craft + Style Blogosphere has sexy space age lairs, fashion and interior photography that will leave you wondering, and Elizabethan-inspired paintings with a dark edge.

Ngoc Minh Ngo's photography is so evocative and varied. (It doesn't hurt that the subjects are incredible.) I'm in love with all of the interiors. [Via Lola: Bits and Pieces]

Wowza! Photographer Jane McLeish Kelsey's fashion editorials are eye-catching and visionary. (Plus sequins in a field equals disco square dance party, right? Right!) [Via Vintage is the New Black]

The very idea of a "man cave," a.k.a. "dude lair," seems to be quite the antiquated concept these days. However, there was a moment in B-movie history when all seduction took place in these elusive rooms, be they 1960s space age or the sheepskin-covered, Burt Bacharach filled dens of the 1970s. These interiors make me nostalgic for another time (even if it's not politically correct). [Via Domestikate and The Selvedge Yard]

If there's an era that never ceases to captivate me, it has to the that of Queen Elizabeth. Andrea Marshall's paintings and prints meld modern imagery (lots of bananas!) with the ruffles and lead-whitened faces I love to look upon. [Via Rackk and Ruin]

Argh, the bachelor pad that looks like a mini amphitheater slash sauna slash terrarium is the coolest thing ever. I need to have a room like that. I love how bachelor pads always had niches. I totally am all about niches! And cubbies.
