Here's an update on how we did during the month of June here at Etsy. We broke one major milestone record with 301,850,000 page views, up from last month’s 298,000,000 — our first 300,000,000 page view month ever!
Here are the rest of June’s key numbers:
- $6.5 million of goods sold - roughly the same as May.
- That represented 442,000 items sold, a slight drop from May’s number.
- 742,000 new items were listed, up from 730,000 items last month.
- 80,000 new members joined the Etsy community, including 15,000 new sellers, both slight increases from last month.

good to know about the increase in page view.
increase in number of sellers ... but sad to know that the amount of sales still maintain as per May and number of sales is slightly drop.
meaning we have to work extra hard to promote our store ..:)

Serendipity was my silent partner in June 2008. I made more sales than ever before, in any other month on Etsy -- mostly thanks to folks discovering my Old World Map handmade beads. These beads are such a labor of love; I love sending them all around the globe to make a statement of peace and lack of conflict, reflected in my torn decoupage methods that allows me to rearrange borders and territories (There are no wars on my little worlds!) Thank you to all my friends who have discovered these beads and found value in their message!!

Thanks for those numbers. The average price of an item sold, according to my calculations, is slightly less than $14.50. Could you let us know what the median price was?

Its great to see the numbers. Is there anyway this can be shown daily on the front page? For example, "Etsy" counters re:
Page views, items listed, number of items sold, perhaps dollars per day?
Its great that people are finding out about Etsy. Its a great site.
