Dear Etsians,

Starting today, Feedback has been given a time limit of 90 days. This means that going forward, the ability to leave Feedback will expire 90 days from the date of the transaction. Also, if you have not yet left Feedback for any transactions that occurred more than 90 days ago, then your ability to leave Feedback for them has now disappeared.

This change does not impact Feedback you've already left for others or have received in the past. Your full Feedback history is still visible by clicking the Feedback link on your Profile or shop pages.

We first mentioned this change to the Feedback system back in May when we announced the updates to our site policies, and we posted a friendly reminder last week to get your Feedback in order. Expiration of old pending Feedback is a feature many members have requested, and we are pleased grant this wish. We chose 90 days as a generous time frame to accommodate concerns about shipping time, gift-giving and custom orders.

To view your pending Feedback, go to Your Etsy > Feedback, and click the tab labeled "Items awaiting feedback." For more information on how Feedback works, please check out the Feedback Help Guide.
