Hi there sellers! 

This past Friday I (marymary) led a brainstorming session in which sellers gave me some great input for an ongoing series in the Storque called Service Tips for Sellers.  We divided the session into two parts: we first talked about what sellers can do to promote repeat business in their shop. We then talked about the many types of conversations sellers might run into and the necessary responses.  I took note of all the ideas and tips that came from the chat and you can look for them in the coming articles from the Service Tips for Sellers series!
