After a long and leisurely Memorial Day weekend, my Google Reader was full up of cool stuff from the blogosphere at large. Also, it's worth mentioning that while writing this post, I spent most of my paycheck. Oops!
Let's see what's in store this week...

If you love rings (or just love really amazing ring design), you have got to check out The Carrot Box. They highlight some of the most beautiful, crazy rings, and I want — well, all of them. The "growing rings" featured above are from Danish jeweller Marie Borgen. Sprouts!
Tricia Royal of wardrobe_remix and bits+bobbins fame has started a tumblr blog that has so many rad images and links — it was really hard to choose just one to illustrate this! The photo above is from Fak! It is also blowing my mind.
Pincushions can be pretty amazing (as the Etsy Finds article on the subject clearly proved!). Fashion and function meet in one modular bracelet. Love it. (Via Design Milk)
Illustrator Emily Sutton has a collection of three dimensional sculptures called High Street Ladies — they have so much personality! So cute. [Via About Today]
Illustrator/comic book artist Chris Ware has recently started collaborating with the fine folks over at This American Life (Hi, Ira!) on animated shorts for the television series. They are so captivating! The video above is from the show entitled Every Marriage Is a Courthouse. Cool stuff.
That's it for this week! For previous editions of News From the Craft + Style Blogosphere, check out the archive. And post the blogs that make you sweat! I'd love to hear them.
