Hi, my name is Amber, aka adubois, and I am happy to say that I am a new member of the Support Team at Etsy! The new members of Support were each asked to pick an item on Etsy that we think is pretty darn cool. Since I'm a bit of a jewelry enthusiast, I've decided to feature this beautiful lucite bangle by KolosStudio.
Usher in the spring time months while wearing this fabulously mod bracelet — that also happens to have real beetles embedded in it! I own one of these bracelets, and not only are they gorgeous, but a reminder of how fascinating mother nature truly can be. Not for the faint of heart, but perfect for the budding entomologist/fashionista in your life!

Wow, this work is beautiful but I'm concerned about how the bugs... I wonder if they're killed for the purpose. :(

i'm glad y'all liked the find! this bracelet was sold- i'm jealous of the recepient! girls who wear bugs rock, seriously. also, allthosethrees, i was a bit worried about putting up a find that featured little dead creatures- i didn't want to stir up a debate!

hi.yes,I was concerned about the bugs,too.With so many endangered species nowadays wearing bugs does not seem so fair to me.But anyway,the bracelet looks loely and yes,it reminds me of how wonderful and beautiful nature is.
