Every time I relocate, I always give my new abode the Feng Shui once over.  I'm no Lillian Too, but I've read a little bit on the subject of this ancient Chinese practice.  I've managed to maximize most of my personal directions, symbols and elements, and even helped out some friends and family members!  (Ok, so I'm still working on de-cluttering!)  Just ask Christine and Alison about my money toad....

This charming compass necklace by MagicalPonyFarm is the perfect tool for finding my most auspicious direction in any location.  Don't mess!  Check out their (slightly naughty) Etsy commercial on YouTube...the turtle happens to be a lucky Feng Shui symbol, too! 


Remember: no mirrors, plants, water or dragons in the bedroom, and for crying out loud, don't sleep with your feet facing the door!

Feng Shui is also about symbolism. The Chinese culture is based on symbols - good luck ones,and word honomyns - words which sound like words - mainly those with auspicious meanings.
This is particularly so in Hong Kong.
Along this theme of symbolism and positive thinking I make lucky love packets which will manifest your companionship desires to hopefully bring love and that special person into your life.

Looking for a good source to back me up on this. Mirrors are ok as long as they don't face the bed...bad luck for relationships. Also, if you sleep with your feet pointed at the door, this is considered the "funeral position"! But, like I said, I'm by no means an expert, and it's all open to your own interpretation and what works for you!

A mirror reflecting the bed can (will) bring a third party into a relationship. Same as a TV screen pointed at the bed - it has a reflective surface.
It is best to cover all reflective surfaces with a cloth before going to sleep.
Mirrors may also represent ghosts and hence, sleepless nights.
I'm no expert but these are a few things you can do which can make your relationship luck stronger.
Mirrors on the ceiling reflect the bed. Maybe it's okay for Hugh Hefner with his 7 girls!
