Last minute — that was pretty much the theme for everything I did for my wedding. Wine: late. Band: wife got tired of waiting and did it. Thank you notes: uh, not sure I’ve done those yet.
One gift you may not have thought of in your wedding planning: groomsman gifts. You think they'd be happy to spend some extra time with me and walk down the aisle with my wife’s friends, but that's a nope: you gotta get them something.(Ideally, something they'll use at the wedding and after.)
Collar stays (such as these cool ones by redcatrun) may seem a bit strange, but I certainly don't trust my friends to know how to keep their collars in place, and I don't want to look at floppy collars for the rest of my life in my wedding photos.
Use Alchemy to have the seller inscribe a custom message — I think it is a great gift.

If your encourage your friends and family to have accounts on Etsy and "favorite" items, its really easy to shop for them whenever you need to.
