Hi y'all! I'm Claire, aka mermaidclaire, and I'm new on the Etsy Support Team.
When I feel spring is just around the corner here in Brooklyn, I get homesick for the beautiful mountains and green grass of West Virginia. Don't get me wrong, I love NYC, but Central Park doesn't have enough hills! One can't exactly go whitewater rafting down the East River, either....
Now I've found the perfect item to cure that homesick feeling: artis3letters has put WV on a stick! Now I can hang this painting on the wall and show my friends where I'm from without making that lewd hand gesture that we West Virginians are so familiar with. If you'd like to show your pride in your place of origin, artis3letters is happy to customize a painting by state or region.
Check out the related items for some West Virginian sellers and other finds inspired by the wild and wonderful!
You can find out more about Claire from her About Us piece.

Thank you so much for including us in your 'related items'. We feel so blessed to greet each new day in these wild and wonderful West Virginia hills.
Just remember, Claire, 'Montani Semper Liberi'!

I just noticed there's a comment section to each Etsy Finds Spotlight feature. Countless thanks to mermaidclaire for featuring my artwork.
I'm quite pleased with the success that the Maps on a Stick series has received. It's great to hear the stories that folks share about their experiences from different areas of the country and around the world. Fore example, Iceland on a Stick was a gift to a Viking archaeologist. How sweet is that?

that is very cool, artist3letters. Can you ask him if he'd like to be featured as a buyer on the Storque?
