I have to admit that I had no idea that I was supposed to buy my bride a gift for our wedding — wasn’t marrying me enough? (No.) Thankfully for me, my father pulled me aside and told me that I needed to get a gift and that it was a great opportunity to add another memory to the wedding.
My first instinct was to go with something that commemorated our engagement, but, in truth, it wasn’t very memorable. I ended up buying my wife something she asked for (a watch), which is always a good plan. If I were doing it today, I think I’d write a poem and work with deliasthompson to customize this bracelet.

...and we're approaching our 10th so I'll make sure he makes up for it in the gift area. :)
