This weekend's Get the Look: Decor is inspired by the playful home of the Hanson family of San Diego, California. Amy Hanson has decorated every corner of her home with handmade items that have significance to her family of five. She has created thoughtful vignettes using her amazing collections of handmade and vintage dolls, houses, numbers, artwork and more, and she has done it all on a budget. Amy has many favorite thrift shops and flea markets that she frequents, and she does a significant amount of her shopping on Etsy as well. Amy also has a beautiful crafting studio where her family spends time together making handmade gifts for one another and their home.
Besides decorating her beautiful home and spending time with her family, Amy runs Sweet Sweet Life, a lifestyle blog where she shares her favorite vintage and handmade finds, as well as crafting ideas that are perfect for children and families. She also has two Etsy shops where she sells her artwork (muffinsabound.etsy.com) and jewelry (bebeandyaya.etsy.com).

An Interesting Collection

I REALLY am liking the newer more extensive finds! The overall formatting recently is a HUGE improvement in the overall look and I think that the addition of "mini subcatagories" helps to showcase the diversity and flow of the site!!!!
