One of my favourite flowers, the columbine, has been in bloom for the past week or so here. Under the dappled shade of the trees, the dusky pink and mauve flowers are delicate, old-fashioned and outrageously pretty and feminine. With their beauty and the colour of the woodland still in my mind, I’ve picked a bunch of gorgeous things.
