Great article Danielle! That little red chair would be so cute sitting on a table. I used to work in a little gift shop - people loved it when we put chairs on top of tables and used them as displays - Always got the look-sees and comments.

Wonderful ideas! I just had my first craft show and used a tall, revolving postcard holder to put business cards in. (Setting up can be as much fun as selling!)

Crafters need to know that most people who go to craft shows, intend to shop and buy something. However, shoppers at Craft shows are easily overwhelmned. Here at Etsy we often refer to this as the "Paradox of Choice". Consequently, creating a professional visual display of your product is very important. To do this and maintain authenticity, many of the selects shown here by Danielle are great for that balance between display and easy set-
up..Lets not forget logistics rule at Craft Shows.
ehmio
in love with the spice racks & the minty locker baskets! oohh & the craft rack of something's hinding in here is killer!
dbabcock
I've found some vintage baskets for displaying small dishes and tiles. And, interesting boxes make great stands for displaying things at different heights. Great article.

turtlemountaingifts

AikoArt

breadandroses
Isagar is on point re: the balance of visual appeal & balancing show logistrics. Easy does it on all counts. Having done numerous show through the years, I'm sold on having a few key vintage display elements. If they set up & fold down flat in a jiffy, they're in. Vintage wooden drying racks are terrific for textiles & more + take minimal space in vehicle.
pollyannacowgirlbags
So helpful! I'm getting ready for some big shows and this inspired me to go out and get the cutest little blue kids' chair. Perfect!
zebracakes
All great ideas! I'm going to probably use baking tools and supplies (cupcake holders, tins) for my next outing.

Great article!
Old picture frames are great for displaying jewellery, and I've got some vintage metal filing sorters that I use for organizing sheets of glass, so much better than the plastic ones you can buy these days.
I just added a couple of the Lacey 3 tiered trays in my shop, they do make great displays for food, or soaps, or whatever you can think of.
riricreations
Thanks for the great ideas! My hubby built me matching shelves on easels from old wired pantry shelves. I also snagged a fireplace screen at Good will for 12.00 that is sturdy and a great backdrop for hanging cards...Now I'm going to go rummage in the attic for my old 80's suitcases that are the same color as my shop-yippeeee!
