Ok, whose dog is jumping up and down at the door? They want OUT! Here are my Top 10 cute and practical pet needs. I've included a little something for the indoor pet as well — you know, that indoor cat who would like to bring the outdoors in, or the turtle who yearns for a bit of greenery to call his own.
1. Picnic Cape

When I was a kid (aka...stupid) I used to think that fabric paint was the perfect accessory for rodents. One day, in a whim of weirdness, I painted my hamsters rear-end with green fabric paint...and it stayed on there for months. My poor little hamster!! It's a wonder he didn't eat the paint and get sick. I tried to make him a super-hero cape too, but fortunately for him--it didn't work. I guess there's a good reason why we accessorize cats and dogs instead, lol!
