This week's esteemed Featured Buyer is Laure Joliet (aka cesttropchouette), editor at Apartment Therapy and daily contributor at Dwell. She scours L.A. and the internet daily to find new talent, young designers and one of a kind pieces.  Dedicated to helping people make cozy, beautiful homes, she highlights her favorite new designers, gives small space solutions and dishes out tricks to make a modern house a home.

Thanksgiving, and really the whole holiday season, is a great time to pay attention to details. The season is about giving and expressing gratitude, and I know from my own experience that it's the little things that make a big difference.  Maybe it's the way the light looks in the kitchen first thing in the morning, or the way breakfast is so invitingly arranged just so. In compiling a group of items for Thanksgiving, I tried to find things that were subtly, beautifully simple.

I love hosting parties, and I'm always looking for the little detail that people take home with them.  So in that spirit, I've picked out some gems that I would love to have on my table or in my home this holiday season:
