Winter gloomies have many of us yearning for spring. Lucky ladies planning their weddings right now can delve into that mood and daydream to their hearts delight. Think fresh designs, vines and shoots and plant patterns, earthy browns and creamy whites as complimentary colors to grassy green.

We were particularly inspired by Laura Hooper aka LHCalligraphy's shop. She does custom calligraphy and letterpress designs with personal care. These place cards look like they're sprouting right out of the box! Make sure to check out her oh so clever custom map invitations too.

I did a handmade Renniassiance Wedding! It was the BEST! My Mom made my dress and we rented the others from Artisans at the Renni Festival. We also rented our entertainment from the Festival! It was so nice to meet so many awesome talented Artists there to help us out!

My beautiful partner and I are getting married in September this year. That will be around spring time in Australia. Will be having a romantic beach wedding.
Have been scouring etsy for bits and pieces as will be organising the majority of the wedding to be unique and cut cost.

p.s. the cute weiner dog is the best. I'd lay down a trail of cherios to make sure he made it to the alter with the rings...
