Hi team!

Etsy Success Holiday Boot Camp is starting in just 2 days (Sept 22nd!) and I want to get everyone thinking about not only their financial goals for the upcoming holiday season, but also, personal and professional goals. What new skills would you like to learn? What kind of connections with your buyers do you want to make? How do you most want to grow your small business? Would you like to launch a line or perfect your photography?

I’d love to be able to support you through the boot camp program so let me know!

I would love to learn how to get more potential buyers to my shop! I get a lot of sellers and "window" shoppers, but I don't feel like it get a lot of serious shoppers looking.

My biggest goal - growing this shop to 350 items has almost been met. So my next goal is getting in front of my target market and then looking into paid advertising. I felt that the full shop and photography had to come first. Today I'm going to sit down with a pen and paper and figure out my target market, something I have always struggled with. I have sold to both my Mom (62 yrs. old) and my cousin (17 yrs. old). I have sold to men and women. Trying to narrow this down is hard!

My Holiday goal is to learn more about jewelry making. I current just do bracelets but have so many ideas to expand my craft. Just need to do a little more research! :)

Also I'd like to increase my items to 65 before Novemeber!

Uff.. I have so much to do!

- Create holiday-themed items (accessories that reflect color themes and illustrations that would make nice decorations)
- List new items! (Dutch weather kills me trying to get nice pictures with outdoor lighting)
- Market my shop! (I have done nil on this aside from a Facebook add that didn't pay off

My goal this Holiday season is to create more Holiday themed items. I want to fill my "Holiday and Seasonal" shop section with items that will appeal to people for each and every Holiday. That is a tough goal for someone who makes chainmail.

Staying organized for the holidays is my goal. . .
