Inspiration Avenue Etsy Team is a moderated team with the following requirements:

Prospective team members are expected to maintain an active Etsy shop for a minimum of 6 months and a blog. The blog helps us get to know the person behind the art.

When membership allows we look to add artists who work with other mediums outside those we currently offer, so we can continue to offer a diversified selection of creations through one team.
The three most important things that are required:

1. An Etsy shop for at least 6 months.

2. An active blog, preferably of at least 6 months duration. Your personal blog can be on any of the platforms (blogger, wordpress, typepad, etc.) but you must be comfortable using Blogger since both our public and private blogs use Blogger, and we do require active participation on both blogs. If you enjoy (or would love to become more involved in) the blogging world, most of our team activities revolve around blogging, so it's a plus if you enjoy it!

3. A great attitude! Since we are by choice a small team, and we have weekly art challenges as well as blog parties, giveaways, auctions etc., we require active participation and a fun team spirit to keep things going. We know that there are some Etsy teams with thousands of members, many of whom do not (and are not expected to) participate regularly. We are not like those teams! We need your active participation!

Membership is through an application process and all active team members vote on prospective membership applications.
