Mad Scientists of Etsy (MSOE) is a moderated team with the following requirements:

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

1. EMAIL LIST: All members must have their primary email added to the master list. This is the way we communicate team activities and other important announcements such as team changes.

2. PARTICIPATION: Is required of all members at least once every 6 months (2x/year). Participation is recorded in the "Participation" discussion thread. EACH MEMBER MUST RECORD THEIR OWN PARTICIPATION!

Participation includes:
- TEAM CHALLENGES
- PROMOTE other team members: post on your personal blog or the team blog, post on the team facebook page
- PROMOTE the team: post on your personal blog or facebook page, create a team treasury, submit an article about the team to Etsy or other sites, create a team promo item, participate in special team activities
- VOLUNTEER: team management positions available
