Team Christian Artists and Craftsmen - TeamCAC is a moderated team with the following requirements:
Each individual is clay in our heavenly Father’s hands (Jeremiah 18:1-4) and as such we are being shaped daily for His service. We believe that the Lord is molding and shaping each member in a special and unique way. Recognizing these differences, we encourage our members to openly and respectfully share their experiences, thoughts and questions. As an open forum, we ask that you temper your words as instructed in Ephesians 4:29; “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only that which is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”
A team of moderators has been established to handle the business of our team and to act as counselors/advisors/mediators when situations arise between members. Should you have an issue with a member or a moderator, please respectfully address it by sending a convo to a moderator. Do not address it in the current thread. We want to keep our forum a safe and welcoming environment, and be salt and light to the Etsy community. The moderator will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Please give them time to collect all the facts, consult with other moderators, and seek guidance from our heavenly Father. Team members who persist in a manner that is disruptive to the team will be dealt with according to the Matthew 18 principle.
We respect your rights to be creative as God has blessed you, so we do not monitor what is in your shop. Be mindful that what you sell is part of your testimony and will either help or hurt the team.
We are here to sell or buy. That’s why you joined Etsy. In order for us all to succeed it takes a team effort. As part of the team you are expected to participate in team activities. We try to offer a variety of ways to participate so you may select what works best for you. Many of our members make treasuries which help with views and sales. These members search for items tagged teamcac, so please tag your items accordingly so you can be included. In order to insure you are included in various promotions that we sponsor, please indicate that you are a member of TeamCAC on your announcement page or profile page. This is not mandatory, but it does show your support of the team. We understand that you may not be able to participate in all TeamCAC activities. We may to contact you and ask if you wish to continue your membership if you are not participating in at least some activities.
