Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy Team - PCAGOE is a moderated team with the following requirements:
PCAGOE Membership Requirements
Active members of the PCAGOE team are required to:
1. Read and agree to a list of membership requirements annually. New members will need to fill out a membership form: http://www.jotform.com/form/82443931143http://www.jotform.com/form/82443931143.
2. Pay annual dues of $20.00 on or before April 1. Fees will be pro-rated for members who join the guild after April.
3. Have at least 5 polymer clay items for sale in their Etsy shops at all times. Note: Please contact the guild president, vice president or membership secretary if you need to close your shop temporarily for vacation or personal reasons.
4. For your benefit, please tag all polymer clay items in your Etsy shops with the phrase "pcagoe team".
5. Include the following statement in your Etsy shop announcement or profile: I’m a proud member of the Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy! To see more outstanding polymer clay art, search “pcagoe team’ on Etsy and check out our website at www.pcagoe.com.
6. Receive the benefit of advertising by volunteering to be part of the monthly prize pool. From the monthly voters, 3 are chosen to receive a prize. Participation from the sellers is voluntary and you can withdraw anytime you want.Being part of the prize pool means having your shop featured in the blog as a potential prize donor.
Members are also required to participate in guild activities regularly in the following two ways:
1. Participate in the PCAGOE forum by showing up to the forum website as often as you can and contributing to forum threads. Topics include things like Etsy selling, clay techniques, and craft show ideas.
AND
2. Choose from a list of tasks/activities to do each month. For example, making team treasuries, promoting our monthly challenges etc.
Why would you want to join this team? Most members stress the benefits of having a group of clayers they can connect with regardless of their level of clay experience.
