Profile: 1.) A team on a quest to discover the hidden gems of Etsy through: one-on-one interviews to be featured on our team blog, curating treasuries featuring fresh and undiscovered stores (less than 50 sales), creating promotion threads in the forums and promoting through social networking while simultaneously offering the same support to our own team members.
2.) All of our members are part of the Etsy community. We are a team of newer and more established stores working together with one common purpose: to help other undiscovered stores and each other.
5.) We endeavor to provide support, motivation, and inspiration to new and undiscovered stores, with interested parties having access to critiques, tutorials featuring helpful techniques such as photography tips, success stories, unsuccessful stories, craft fair ‘how-to’ articles, and so on..and just their 'everyday questions' being answered.
We would like to work towards stores being the best that they can be as we firmly believe that when we all work together, help each other, and support and be supported, we all win!
5.) In order to ensure each team member is adding something to the team, they must create AT LEAST 4 treasuries a month.

You can do whatever you want in a Treasury, however, if you would like to aim for the Front Page, please remember the following (our team makes no guarantees or promises…the Etsy admin alone chooses the front page):
1. Do NOT put yourself in the treasury.
2. Fill all 16 spots. Occasionally a photo will disappear. If you can, check for the next few days after making a treasury to see that all 16 spots are still filled. You may have to go in and edit if one is missing.
3. Do not use a shop more than once. This also means do not use two shops in your treasury that have the same owner. We have a team list that shows which shops belong to one person. Please use this!
4. Have a well-rounded treasury (i.e. not too heavy in one category.)
5. Make sure you use all of your tags or admin may not find your treasury!
Also...
Hotness has nothing to do with admin finding your treasury for FP consideration. They search for tags and well-made treasuries.
TO USE THE ‘TEAMDISCOVERY’ TAG IN YOUR TREASURY YOU MUST:
- have at least 4 team members and at least 4 new/undiscovered fresh shops (which means less than 50 sales)
If your treasury meets the Team Discovery requirements, make sure to add ‘teamdiscovery’ (with no space) in your tags along with ‘new’ and ‘undiscovered.’ And don’t forget to use all the other tag spaces to describe your treasury.
